Yancheng Happy Toy Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and exporter dedicated to the design, development and production of plush toys and home-textile products. Headquartered in Dafeng, Yancheng β a manufacturing hub with convenient access to Shanghai β we operate our head factory alongside four branch factories, including Jiangsu Vandee Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. (est. 2003).
With imported production equipment, a senior design team and a 360 mΒ² sample room holding over 1,000 of our own designs, we develop corporate mascots, licensed characters, lifelike animals, fabric dolls and promotional plush β from customer samples, drawings, photos or rough sketches.

What is your minimum order quantity?+
Generally 2,000 pieces per style for standard products. It varies with the specific item β ask us about yours.
How long is the delivery time?+
Usually around 60 days. Larger orders or peak season (May β October) may need more time β the delivery date is confirmed for every order before production.
What are your payment terms?+
A 30% deposit with the order; the balance is settled before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading.
Which port do you ship from?+
Shanghai β about 380 km from the factory, with mature LCL and FCL services.
Do you accept OEM / ODM and licensed products?+
Yes. We develop products from samples, drawings, photos and sketches, with deep experience in licensed characters and promotional plush β our lines are Disney-audited.
Can we visit the factory?+
You are very welcome. We are in Yancheng, Jiangsu β 380 km from Shanghai and 300 km from Nanjing, with direct flights from Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Taipei and Seoul.
